Your 14-day cancellation right

UK consumer law normally gives you 14 days to cancel an online purchase. The Course and the Indicators are digital content you can access straight away. At checkout you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose this 14-day right once access begins.

Our policy

All sales are final once you have accessed the Course or been given access to the Indicators. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, for not using a product, or for trading results.

Faulty content

If a product is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including repair, replacement or a refund. This policy does not affect those rights.

Customers outside the UK

If you live outside the UK, including in the United States, this policy applies alongside any refund or cancellation rights that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be removed.

Chargebacks

Please contact us at ashton@aestrades.com before opening a dispute with your bank. We usually reply within 2 working days.
